Description:Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will work in Huntsville AL: Looking for solid understanding of ICD 705 to assist with new facility stand up efforts, develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs and Special Access Programs (SAP). The successful candidate should understand Industrial Security regulations and the applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals and DOD 5205.07 SAP Security Manuals Vols 1-4. Be sufficiently knowledgeable of Top Secret Controls and Accountability exercises. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted programs. Develop and conduct security education and training programs for SCI and SAP personnel. Be able to investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Overseeing all Security related disciplines to include SAP and SCI: Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Physical Security w/ ICD 705, Classification Management, while utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD SAP Manuals Volumes 1-4.
While this is primarily a first shift, M-Th 4X10 work week; mission requirements may include some work outside normally scheduled hours on occasion to meet program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:1. Final transferable TS/SCI.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain SCI & SAP Accesses.
3. Advanced knowledge and solid comprehension of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)
4. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
5. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, & DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) 32CFR Part 117
6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
7. Works well in group dynamics with the confidence to be a lead
8. Prior experience in Security Management Operations and managing personnel.
Desired Skills:1. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment.
2. Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key.
3. Certificates and/or experience with ICD 705 Physical Security.
4. Successful completion of the CDSE SAP Mid-Level Security Management Course is preferred.
5. Certificates and/or experience with DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals.
6. Certificates and/or experience with DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals SAP/SCI Nomination Process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
