We are seeking a highly motivated leader of people to join our dynamic team. The Manager of Record Keeping Operations (RKO) is a versatile role who leads a multi-functional team to include Core/Voluntary, and GUL/GVUL services. You will execute on strategies that deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. The incumbent filling this role will be instrumental in the continued development, execution, and integration of an innovative Service Model focused on providing an industry leading client experience.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is dependent on the business preferences and your location, potentially requiring your on-site presence on occasion at a Prudential office.
What you can expect:
Provides leadership, motivation, technical and risk management expertise, and drives employee engagement and talent development ensuring people are in the right roles, while fostering a sense of teamwork, success, and positive morale
Identifies and drives change in the organization that enhances customer experience, improves the employee experience, and improves business results.
Attend customer meetings as needed in support of team.
Oversee the tracking and resolution of client service inquiries; trending results to identify/implement proactive solutions.
Oversees and supports key vendor partners who handle back-office operations.
Develops short/long-term customer service objectives and continuously monitors procedures.
Recognizes and recommends operational improvement.
Has full supervisory responsibility including hiring, performance management, coaching and development.
Continued development and monitoring of metrics and quality trends related to incoming work requests.
Travel required (approx. 10%)
What you’ll need:
5 years leadership experience with a service operation team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of interacting with all levels of Prudential associates.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, strategic thinking abilities
Proven results orientation, excellent relationship building skills, and ability to work cross functionally to include vendor partners to achieve business outcomes.
Outstanding problem solving, analytical, decision making, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a matrix/nonhierarchical environment, embracing an agile mentality to evolve with the business.
Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $99,300.00 to $147,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
