Leidos Health and Civil Sector is seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Manager who will be the custodian of our customer relationships. You will oversee teams in the plan, execute, and finalize the delivery of products, ensuring quality and timely execution. Your tasks will include liaising with cross-functional teams, managing customer expectations, troubleshooting delivery issues, and crafting strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and project management software is preferred. An ability to adapt to fluctuating workload while maintaining the highest level of customer service is paramount.
Candidate MUST:
Be currently located in the United States for the current three consecutive years
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust level 4 clearance
Candidates local to the DC Metro area preferred for onsite meetings, role will be primarily telecommute
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Software Development, Scrum Master, and Product Delivery Teams in a process re-engineering and technical architecture implementations to advance project capabilities and overall performance.
- Work with business development managers customers and associates to understand customer needs, expectations, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teams monthly to share Agile role-base knowledge and best practice
- Attend client meetings and presentations to support building strong client relationships, understand delivery needs and create implementation plans.
- Manage the overall daily column of requests for the client (s) while ensuring service level standards are met.
- Manage assigned technology projects in conjunction with the organization’s technology and business goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, using Project Management deliverables such as project plans, project budgets, status reports, and risk/issue log.
- Initiate regular and continuous improvement activities across teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of progressive business systems and project management experience.
- Requires experience in a cloud environment
- Good general understanding of the role of product managers, product owners, engineering, quality assurance, and DevOps.
- Good general understanding on how mid-large scale software systems is designed, built, tested, deployed and into the hands of customers.
- Considerable experience with relationship management and interpersonal business development.
- Experience running multiple programs simultaneously and meeting daily with the client to ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met and we are exceeding our clients’ expectations.
- The ability to understand technical information and concepts translate them info business/operation-focused information with the instinct to ask and relay questions.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- strong preference for experience with federal government programs
Additional Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience working in the engineering organization of a application products using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- A track record of contributing to and executing a cross functional roadmap including vision, strategy, goals, and change management to enable action planning and delivery of results in a high performing organization.
- Superior project management skills and the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously with great attention to detail.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
