Responsible for gathering and defining business requirements for enhancements to existing business systems and processes as well as new ones. Works cross functionally to collect requirements and makes actionable recommendations at all levels. Provides Tier 1 support to internal and external users. Works with moderate guidance in own area of expertise.
Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and document business requirements from sales stakeholders, translating them into actionable insights to drive process improvements and enhance sales effectiveness.
Provide Tier 1 Support to internal and external users.
Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of reporting to end users.
Provide support for testing activities within sales operations, including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking, to ensure the quality of sales-related deliverables.
Support development of comprehensive end-user content, including user guides, manuals and training materials, to ensure clarity, accuracy and relevance in the context of Sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue enhancement.
Assist in developing and implementing sales enablement initiatives, including sales training programs, tools and resources.
Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to sales operations and business analysis.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all aspects of work.
Consistent exercise of independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in Core Responsibilities
Must have experience with Salesforce and MS Dynamics in an administrative capacity
Amenable with Hybrid work set up (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
Willing to work on a nightshift (8pm-5am Manila Time)
Flexible with schedule and okay to extend working hours if needed
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
Top 5 core responsibilities day to day:
Set up new users and accounts
Troubleshoot system issues for users (Tier 1 Support)
Escalate system issues as required and track to resolution
Write/test business requirements for system enhancements / changes
Provide documentation for end user training on using the system
