Job description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in day-to-day running of our current Salesforce application, supporting our internal business users, including Sales, Underwriting, and Support;
- Plan, design, document, and build solutions to fulfill business needs;
- Be a Salesforce evangelist within the company; suggest how the current application can be enhanced to improve business processes;
- Improve the existing application to meet Salesforce design standards;
- Build out new applications to support our customers and internal Users
- Work with back-end developers to integrate Salesforce data into other internal & external systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills Required:
- 5+ years hands-on development experience with Salesforce, building applications using the full set of Salesforce customizations & automation features;
- Experience with Sales or Service Cloud is a *must*;
- Demonstrated proficiency with hand-coding of APEX, LWC & Visualforce pages/controllers is a MUST;
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices for design & coding, including when to choose code over declarative;
- Experience using Salesforce integration APIs for two-way communication with external services, and how to avoid applicable governor limits;
- REST and SOAP integration experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce data security & change management practices;
- Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize and execute; responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations;
- Disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn!
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Effective verbal and written communications skills is a must;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
