Service Credit Union is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will manage the daily changes and updates within the Salesforce FSC platform. This includes validating and performing quality checks on systematic changes, as well as reaching out to relevant business areas when necessary. The individual will also configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Salary: $82,000; negotiable based on experience.
Hours: Full time, Monday Friday, 8:30 5:00

The Day to Day:
- Serves as primary business owner of the Salesforce Platform with 400+ users.
- Designs and implements effective business processes and workflows - creating and customizing standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules.
- Build high quality APIs and complex system components integrating appropriate technologies as needed (e.g. creation, processing and consumption of Restful API endpoints).
- Design and build integration solutions based on appropriate functional and technical requirements.
- Creates, sets, maintains, monitors and reports on internal SLAs and KPIs.
- Creates and customizes reports and dashboards.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field or equivalent professional and technical experience required.
- Two years experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience deploying software such as a CRM using an agile development approach
- Knowledge of assessing business models and their integration with technology.
- Knowledge of business requirements and ability to make recommendations to improve the process and/or the data to better meet the business need.
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency working with Mulesoft connectors: database, file, Salesforce, Web Service (SOAP).
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Ability to quickly understand what is behind the data to become an expert on the dataset.
- Ability to propose, create, test, and implement tools and automation where applicable.
- Ability to present findings or translate data into an understandable document.
- Ability to create templates for data collection.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.
