Job Overview & Responsibilities
As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you be responsible for administering, analyzing, maintaining, and providing consultation to leadership and internal teams while implementing compensation and benefit programs, practices, and policies in compliance with the ULA’s philosophy.
- Provides guidance to HR partners, Recruiters and Leadership on compensation matters to include new hire salaries, promotion, and other pay adjustments.
- Develops and analyzes new positions and reclassification requests to appropriately determine job classification, pay grade and FLSA exemption status. Researches and compiles data and makes recommendations to HR partners and leadership.
- Leads annual programs such as performance management, promotion planning, total rewards statements including the development of communications, training materials and resources.
- Conducts and participates in benefit and compensation surveys or special various studies for external benchmarking.
- Supports the education of total rewards programs through various methods including case and knowledge management systems and resources.
- Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related audits, analytical projects, including data analysis, compensation equity studies, compliance audits, and benefits reconciliations.
- Partners with various stakeholders to work on cross-functional initiatives, change management and implementation efforts.

Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with compensation programs and benefit administration
- Prior experience setting pay scales, determining job offers, and internal pay reviews
- Working knowledge of job architecture, career levels, job evaluation techniques, benchmarking and market trends/reviews
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate insights from data
- Demonstrated proficiency and comfortability in Microsoft Excel. Desired experience includes but not limited to vlookups, Pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Understanding of HR-related laws and regulations (federal, state, and local) including FLSA
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, presentation, and project management skills
- Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work cross-functionally to partner on projects and activities tied to key business objectives
- Advanced interpersonal and communications skills to establish rapport with a wide variety of constituents
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems; working knowledge of SuccessFactors a plus
- Experience with Salary Planning Market/Survey tools; CompTool a plus
- High Tech industry experience preferred.
Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only): $83,376.00 - $130,239.00
