Juniper’s AI Driven Enterprise (AIDE) business is seeking a motivated self-starter candidate to advance the vision of AIOps and Customer Experience within the Product Management team with a focus on the Mist Wireless Portfolio. The ideal candidate is an out-of-box problem solver, risk-taker and team player who makes a positive impact to customers, the business and the team. He or she brings hands-on technical background with few years in Product Management, Technical Marketing or Solution Architecture in the networking, telecommunications or cloud services industry. There will never be a dull moment in this exciting journey.
Responsibilities:
- Working with engineers and planning roadmap for products, programs, and releases
- Identify areas of business growth and competitive differentiation. Develop plans to execute in partnership with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging. Includes collateral such as podcasts, video blogs, customer presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers.
- Facilitate and run interference on customer escalations between Customer Success, QA, Engineering internally and the Field Team/End-Customer as required.
- Own the customer experience from inception of an opportunity through the lifecycle of deployment and operations.
- Manage or assist in business planning and operations for the portfolio. Define, manage and track key business metrics.
Skills:
- Wireless (Wi-Fi, CBRS, 3G/4G/5G) and/or Networking (SD-WAN, Branch, Campus and Data Center Routing/Switching) Technologies with hands-on experience
- Wi-Fi / 802.11 expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-before-Self attitude
- Confident in presenting internally and externally
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an unstructured environment
- Past engineering or sales engineering experience with 2 years as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Marketing Engineer desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering or technical track. MBA desirable.
Minimum Salary: $179,200.00
Maximum Salary:$257,600.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $179,200.00 and $257,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
