Ally Financial is seeking a Fixed Operations Specialist to join Ally’s Fixed Ops team. In this dealer facing role, you will be responsible for managing the profitability of the vehicle service contract business within a geographic territory of assigned dealers both virtually and in person. You will be reporting to a Sr. Team Leader under intermittent supervision applying previous experience to moderately complex tasks.
This position will be based in the Atlanta region requiring regular travel dictated by the territory and assigned dealer needs. Required residence 2-3 hours from the Atlanta metropolitan area. Company vehicle provided.
