Overview
The Facility Inspector uses working knowledge of quality control techniques and methodology to provide technical assistance to operations and field personnel.
Pay Range 18 - 20 an hour depending on experience.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications: - One (1) year of similar experience preferred
- Prior surveyor or Quality Control experience preferred
- Proficiency using maps and location equipment in the field
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office platform, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Conduct routine inspections of client facilites to ensure they meet company standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Use strong attention to detail to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to report inspection findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Follow company guidelines and protocols for conducting inspections and documenting results.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and provide timely reports to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to address any urgent issues or concerns identified during inspections.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate facility maintenance and cleaning processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to facility management.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting inspections.
