Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to support the Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) line of business , as part of the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group.
The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4 + years of ServiceNow experience
- 1+ years of experience with either ServiceNow Business Continuity Module (BCM), Common Services Data Model, and/or custom workflows
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of Agile delivery experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions to business needs
Job Expectations:- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Must be able to work on-site at any of the listed locations

Pay Range:For NC locations only: $96,600 - $171,800 .00USD Annual
