REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, Midwest Territory 2 (REMOTE)
SpillTech is searching for a sales professional with experience in the industrial, safety, environmental, and/or automotive services/garage/heavy duty/fleet businesses to join our team. The Regional Account Manager develops and maintains relationships to engage and positively impact our customers. This position will cover a territory that includes the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
Who are we? Since 1971, SpillTech has manufactured high-performance polypropylene sorbent products for industrial maintenance and spill cleanup. Responsibilities:
· Manage current reseller partnership relationships
· Create joint business plans with reseller partners
· Conduct territory management planning and execution
· Provide product training to resellers
· Identify and develop new reseller partners
· Attend trade shows and other functions
· Effectively document and manage reseller partnerships using salesforce.com
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and
experience
· Minimum of three years of business-to-business selling experience in the industrial
and/ or automotive markets
· Must reside in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin.
·
· Knowledge of industrial, safety, environmental, and/or automotive services/garage/heavy duty/fleet arenas greatly preferred
· Proficiency with MS Office
· Ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
· Ability to communicate in an extroverted, warm, and enthusiastic manner
· Must have the initiative and drive to meet goals
· Exceptional customer service skills are a must
