Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Feature Ownership
Serve as the technical lead for iOS development, owning the timely delivery of high-impact features with a focus on quality. Your work will enhance the member experience and drive core business metrics.
Cross-Platform Collaboration
Collaborate closely with engineers from other platforms (e.g., backend, web, Android) to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Be willing to dive into different stacks as necessary to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.
Code Quality & Architecture Evolution
Lead initiatives to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability. This includes conducting code reviews, writing robust tests, and debugging complex issues. You will also shape the evolution of the iOS architecture to support long-term maintainability and growth.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure smooth, timely delivery of projects, while balancing product goals with technical feasibility.
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.
• 2+ years programming experience in languages such as Objective-C, Swift, Python, Java, Javascript, C/C++, C#, Ruby.
Preferred Qualifications
BS and 5+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $198,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
