Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to perform all non-retail item take-off's for new and remerch stores. This role executes processes and completes tasks to ensure consistent and clear project execution across all new and remerch projects. Reads blueprints and planograms to be able to provide PO team with accurate information to create orders for all non-retail items (fixtures, print, displays)
What you will do
- Responsible for pulling accurate and detailed information and data from blue prints and systems to hand off a complete order guide to the PO team so they can place orders for all non-retail items. these items need to arrive on site for new and remerchandised stores in a sequenced and timely manner. This process happens 3 time through the new store and remerch store process
- Responsible for consolidating existing processes and creating efficiencies in the initial work.
- Responsible for resolving and tracking collateral issues that arise during new and remerch store set.
- Responsible for assisting with issues that arise with product delivery, vendors and reordering of non-retail items.
- Training the Merchandising Service Team that will be partnering with the Remerchandising and New Store Execution team through the stores receiving of non-retail item deliveries and store set.
- Monitors and responds to Standards & Guidelines email box to ensure all issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Reorder contact for storm related stores and ensuring orders get processed for what is needed to reopen in a timely manner.
- Responsible for "To Be Replaced" Racking Program.
- Responsible for providing Special Projects Estimates to the appropriate teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree economics, finance, or related field and 5-7 Years 5 Years relevant experience
- High School or GED
- 3-5 Years 3 Years experience in store operations, retail product/merchandising, project management or related experience
- 1-2 Years 2 Years experience data management and utilization (i.e. in Excel & Access)
- Experience in process development, strategy development, project management, or related area
- Experience working with project teams and working cross-functional
- Experience data management and utilization (i.e. in excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
- Experience in planogramming, space management, and/or technical writing
- Experience in continuous improvement methodology (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean)

Pay Range: $58,100.00 - $96,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
