We are seekinga motivated, and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. You will play a major role in driving strategic initiatives focused on customer and lead engagement.

Location:  

This position is primarily in-office, requires in-office presence Monday through Thursday with Fridays offering remote work flexibility. Our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070

What you’ll Do: 

Execute imaginative email designs that captivate different customer segments.

Categorize and produce email lists based on audience characteristics and behaviors for effective targeting.

Implement A/B tests on different email elements to continuously improve layouts and performance.

Monitor, extract, and analyze email campaign outcomes to provide recommendations.

Ensure there is compliance with brand standards on all email communications.

Ability to rewrite copy/content for email formats. .

Standardize processes for end-to-end testing of each email campaign: display testing, validation of dynamic elements, and thorough verification of creative elements – tailored to different audience segments.

Coordinate email content calendar with the Digital Marketing team, and Marketing Project Managers of each business unit.

This role will also take on Social Media responsibilities on occasion and as necessary.

Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements We Look For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Web Design or related major.

Knowledge of Hubspot, Marketo, orSalesforce, or other email marketing platforms.

Proven experience in email marketing (submit examples with resume).

Demonstrated ability to think critically and from a customer perspective.

Able to thrive in a fast pace environment where work demands quality and speed.

Ability to work in a variety of design platforms to convert images to e-mail compatible formats: Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong ability to delivery high-quality and eye-catching email content.

Understanding of CSS and HTML for email platforms.

Up-to-datein latest trends and recommendations for email marketing campaigns.

Desired but not required:

Bilingual in Spanish

Experience in other areas of digital marketing: paid advertising, front-end web development, data analytics, marketing automation, or SEO.
