ServiceNow Tester
Position Overview: The ServiceNow Tester to join our team and support the single tenant ServiceNow helpdesk solution implementation as well as post-implementation Operations & Maintenance activities for a federal government client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of the ServiceNow platform while maintaining compliance with FedRamp requirements. Post-implementation you will assist with ongoing testing, validation, and troubleshooting for ServiceNow updates and changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Case Development: Design, develop, and execute test plans, scripts, and cases specific to ServiceNow FedRamp configurations and customizations for client’s helpdesk operations
- Functional & Regression Testing: Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to validate platform performance and functionality
- Automation Support: Work with development and operations teams to identify opportunities for test automation within the ServiceNow environment
- Issue Identification & Resolution: Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify issues, log defects, and ensure prompt resolution during the testing lifecycle
- O&M Support: Post-implementation, support ongoing O&M testing, including system updates, patches, and upgrades
- Documentation: Maintain detailed testing documentation, including test results, logs, defect reports, and compliance-related testing evidence
- Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow architect, developer, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases and smooth post-implementation operations
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform testing (minimum 3 years preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of FedRamp compliance and associated security testing practices
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to report defects, progress, and test results to stakeholders
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules
- Must have basic knowledge and skills to do functional and performance testing for CXOne ACD system
- Validate core ACD functionalities, such as call routing, queue management and agent prioritization ensuring all features are working as intended

The likely salary range for this position is $96,900 - $131,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
