Material Handling Technician
Air Products is looking for a Material Handling Technician in St. Louis, MO. As a member of the Supply Chain Management team, this position will be responsible for movement of raw material/component and finished goods inventories, preparing products for customer orders, loading/unloading trucks, and other tasks to support the team’s functions.

Required Skills / Abilities:
- Basic computer skills. Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred
- Good overall communication skills
- Must be able to operate a fork truck in very close quarters
- Able to work in a team environment
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Stock incoming materials in Stores and point-of-use (POU) locations
- Assist in Kanban management, stock rotation, Kanban card and bin management
- Package products for shipment
- Load/unload trucks using forklift
- General housekeeping and safety tasks in the area
- Inspect / clean / prepare modules for customer orders
- Assist with management of boxed/crated inventory to fulfill customer orders
- Assist with finished goods and component cycle counts
- General housekeeping and safety tasks in the area
- Complete inventory movements within SAP
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education
