Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Summer 2025 Electronics Engineer (Processor Hardware Engineer) Intern. In this role, you will review and improve Hardware Specifications, work with Suppliers & Engineering during product development lifecycle, support system integration activities and help with the development/review of detailed engineering documents for software and hardware release. You will also complete financial analysis of planned team activities, work on development of customer estimates and generate slide presentations in support of customer briefings.
The successful candidate will work closely with Supply Chain Management and support development of Supplier Statement of Work & Proposals, as well as have experience and/or knowledge of electronics and/or computer engineering curriculum.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related engineering degree.

Desired Skills:• Experience in an aerospace related education/background
• Familiar with computer and hardware lab environments
• Networking and computer troubleshooting
• Collaboration with System design, Software teams and Lab technicians
• System performance monitoring and evaluation experience
• Operating Systems knowledge, preferably Linux
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Test and Measurement Equipment
• Agile or Scaled Agile Framework methodology
• Root Cause/Corrective Action techniques
• Needs to have the ability to convey technical data and concepts in concise messages and presentations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
