Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career F-22 IMIS (Integrated Maintenance and Information Systems) Project Management and Planning Operations Representative. In this role, you will provide support to the Program Management team to successfully execute the cost, schedule, and technical aspects of the F-22 IMIS Sustainment maintenance system. The successful candidate will develop mechanisms to evaluate project progress, assesses project issues, and develop resolutions to meet program goals and objectives.
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in an Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point, Excel, and Project
• Demonstrated experience with managing a project from start to finish (i.e. cost, schedule, managing deadlines and stakeholders)
• Basic Knowledge of Computing Systems and Hardware
Desired Skills:• Experience with Earned Value Methodology / CAM Training
• Interest in Program Management, Sustainment, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance
• Team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational, administrative, and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-tempo environment and be able to interact with multiple organizations and levels of management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
