Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other job related major, or an equivalent level of job-related experience.
- Three+ years of job-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Denver and Colorado markets
- Event management and set up a plus
- Experience with CRM and CMS tools.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and social media
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize of work under pressure, within budget and time deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
- Must possess initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence, and dependability
- Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining professionalism and a positive, “can-do” attitude in all tasks and assignments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage creative thinking and problem-solving skills

The estimated pay range for this position is: $60,000 to $81,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
