What does a successful Executive Assistant do at Fiserv?
In this role, you will be a key partner to our senior leaders of the Global Brand, Marketing and Communications leadership team providing a full range of administrative support and participate in projects where you can showcase your ability to put together presentations and participate in ad hoc projects.
What you will do:
- Prepare, proof, verify and craft information for reports and compose correspondence to include PowerPoint slides, hand-outs, and presentations.
- Accurate and timely compilation of information and report/slide preparation for prompt distribution of necessary information
- Process and assist with onboarding of new hires; manage the purchasing of computer equipment, phones, supplies, etc.
- Organize facility requests, equipment, food and/or refreshments.
- Assist the team with planning and coordinating on and off-site meetings. This includes scheduling the location, creating, and sending meeting invites, greeting attendees/visitors, making necessary meal arrangements, etc., and documenting and publishing meeting minutes as requested.
- Support senior leadership team members with travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting cadences, etc.
- Provide clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support Global Brand, Marketing and Communications objectives on behalf of senior leadership.
- Be a member of a team providing administrative support to the senior leadership of Global Brand.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years’ experience providing administrative support to C Suite leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
- Combination of Military, Education, and Equivalent work experience
