What does a successfulTech Lead, Dynatrace Administrationdo at Fiserv?:
- The Fiserv Observability team is building solutions that improve visibility into the customer generated traffic across thousands of services. We are on an exciting journey to improve observability of all services and improve the customer experience by using the data.
- As a Dynatrace Admin you will have the opportunity to work on products that improve availability, enable peak readiness and positively impact every service across Fiserv. You will partner with several teams across Fiserv to develop observability solutions, deliver Dynatrace setup: onboarding OneAgent/Metadata update/Enabling Fullstack/onboarding Extensions/Dashboard creation/Synthetic monitoring setup etc.,
- The Admin must adopt and support a culture of diversity, intellectual curiosity, problem solving and openness.
What you will do:
• Hands-on experience on Dynatrace and good knowledge on any other monitoring tools (like AppDynamics, Splunk).
• Experience in Dynatrace production administration, application onboarding, Dashboard & report creation, problem and alert customization and automation.
• Good working knowledge in Dynatrace integration with tools like ServiceNow/Moogsoft.
• Understanding of the application and web security controls, TCP/IP concepts, firewalls, and database preferred
• Hands-on experience in SSL/Certificate handling, like Cert renewal, removal etc.,
• Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Moogsoft Other monitoring tools etc.
• Good scripting language experience like Unix shell scripts, PowerShell, Python etc.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Dynatrace platform to meet specific monitoring requirements
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed systems including applications in Kubernetes, databases, IBM MQ, Network, etc.,
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure Google Cloud) will be a big plus
• Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement
• Continuous learning mindset to keep up with the evolving Dynatrace platform and industry trends
What you will need to have:
- 8+ Years’ experience in Dynatrace Administration
- Understanding the requirement & Onboarding OneAgent to setup Dynatrace monitoring
- Hands-on experience in setting up ActiveGates based on the requirement of monitoring estate
- Hands-on in creating dashboards/alerting profiles/Dynatrace to Ticketing tool integration, onboarding extensions, setting up synthetic monitoring
- Good hands-on experience in setting up RUM (Real user monitoring)
- Certificate handling (SSL Cert renewal, removal)
- Experience in OneAgent upgrade, Cluster Node upgrades, setting up maintenance windows
- Experience in troubleshooting the issues & driving them for closure
- 5+ years’ experience in Linux (troubleshooting level skill)
- Experience with Linux OS (basic commands) & troubleshooting
- SSL handling, port check, Firewall connectivity, log analysis, etc.,
- 5+ years’ experience in handling tickets
- Handling Incidents/Service Requests/Changes/Problem record
What would be great to have:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Good knowledge on any other monitoring tools (like AppDynamics, Splunk, Foglight etc.,)
- Hands-on Experience with below skills:
