What does an outstanding Collection Supervisor do at Fiserv?
You will assist the Director in leading and directing the day-to-day operations of a Collections Call Center. You'll ensure the team performs in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal performance standards to meet or exceed the monthly goal objectives of the department budget.
What you will do:
- Assist in managing day to day operations of a collections call center environment.
- Ensure accounts are collected in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal performance standards to meet or exceed the monthly goal objectives of the department budget.
- Interface with various levels of management, customers and staff.
- Support 15-25 collectors, which includes daily responsibility of coaching, motivation, monitoring, performance feedback, and technical assistance, focusing on quality and productivity.
- Identify problems or issues in processes and implement solutions bringing bottom line results.
- Develop alternative solutions and meet deadlines in a real time, fast paced environment.
What you will need to have:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of collections laws and regulations.
- 3+ years’ experience in collections, recovery or customer service environment.
What would be great to have:
- 1+ years supervisory and/or management experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisor experience in a third part collections environment.
- Experience with a strong working knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Call and Power Point preferred.
