What does a successful Director, Customer Digital Experience do at Fiserv?
You will oversee the UX/UI domain for the Finxact Digital suite of capabilities. You will drive platform adoption and enhance user experience across Finxact.io through digital, self-service user experiences. You will be a key leader on the Finxact Digital team, and actively collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to set the design direction, lead user research initiatives, and shape the overall user experience.
What you will do:
- Own the UX/UI design strategy for Finxact Digital and set a compelling vision that aligns with the company’s business objectives and user needs
- Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and self-service tools that enhance the overall user experience and drive adoption of Finxact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all touchpoints
- Lead research initiatives to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Analyze customer journeys, user feedback, behavioral data, and market research to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, maintain a high standard of excellence alongside the Finxact Digital Product team
- Serve as a leader on the Finxact Digital team and oversee the user experience domain
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong background in leading digital customer experience initiatives, preferably within the fintech or banking industry
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with the ability to mentor design teams
- 2+ years of experience facilitating user research, interviews and testing cycles
- 2+ years of experience with design tools such as, Figma, Adobe, or other design tools
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-centered design, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work or military experience
