What does a successful Lead Business Analyst/Solution Lead do at Fiserv?
As our business grows, we need to expand our group of solution professionals to manage growing number of client initiatives. Solution lead provides single point of contact to our clients and program delivery teams for delivery of specific initiatives. Solution lead has full ownership of solution scope and design and is responsible for making sure our solutions satisfy client needs.
Our team support many key clients in new deliveries, ranging from full implementations, new product introductions and smaller enhancements, we are there to ensure client objectives are understood and Fiserv solutions delivered to greatest benefit.
What you will do:
- Manage solution delivery for large client engagement or portfolio of client programs. Work with clients and internal stakeholders on the intake process, estimation, and prioritization prior to delivery
- Define Target Operating Models, Engagement Scope and the end-to-end Solution for complex engagements and manage these throughout delivery
- Plan solution related delivery activities, align with project management, other workstreams and manage a team of business analyst from solution team to execute on the plan and provide guidance and support. Manage quality, accuracy and integrity of requirements, process, and solution documentation
- Oversee definition of Solution requirements across customer experience, processing, operational engagement, and business performance. Ensure the solution aligns with the Fiserv Product Strategy
- Work with a team of Business Analysts to capture client requirements and transform them into configuration and development specifications
- Identify major gaps, issues and new product or capability implementations and work with Product Leads and Technical Solution Architect(s) on resolution
- Own E2E solution quality assurance and approval as the solution moves through the SDLC, maintaining visibility of the overall solution as it is delivered, and advising the test, implementation and programme management teams on solution delivery progress vs business requirements set
- Identify opportunities for new product and technical components to add value, both to financial performance and client experience terms
What you will need to have:
- Extensive experience in functional delivery and leading functional delivery for large, complex, technology-based transformation programmes, preferably in a client-facing context
- Prior experience leading solution design, and documenting scope, requirements and solutions via standard methods such as: Target Operating Model definition, Business Process Definition, Use Case Modelling, User Stories, Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams, Data Models, Customer Journeys
- Experience managing relationships with senior, C-Level executives and be comfortable in both formal and informal settings at that level
- Experience working with multi-functional, globally distributed teams
- Experience working with enterprise-level technology, preferably in a Financial Services environment

- Experience in a Consulting environment preferable
