What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv?
Functional analysis on medium to large projects working closely with Fiserv and its clients in the financial sector. Tasks will include liaising between Fiserv Project Delivery and the Client Cards Support and Business teams to ensure all parties share a common understanding of the functional requirements and solutions within a project
What you will do:
Understanding the functionality of assigned Enterprise Release projects from Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
Understanding the context of a change by absorbing associated project-related documentation and correspondence
Creation of user test plans, execution of user testing, post implementation verification and communication and verification with the appropriate stakeholders to obtain sign-off
Liaising with numerous interface groups where necessary
Participation in workshops (functional walkthrough and/or problem resolution forums) that may involve personnel with both the functional and technical backgrounds from Fiserv/Client
Reviewing and providing timely feedback on FSDs, aspects of which may involve wider coordination/consolidation of feedback/responses from multiple teams
Ability to work within the framework of both the Agile and Waterfall models
What you will need to have:
7+ years’ experience on Cards & Payments platform/s, in particular credit card processing (VisionPLUS application or equivalent) and schemes knowledge (Visa/MasterCard)
Ability to produce requirements analysis, functional specification, technical analysis documentation for complex projects
Adaptable to working within the considerations and guidelines of a pre-existing operational framework/relationship
