The Director of Issuer Payments will lead the Issuer Payments Business for the Latin America South geography with vertical P&L responsibility, including end to end Issuer Product development, portfolio management and accountability for client growth & satisfaction targets.
- Product Development & Management Responsibilities include:
- Conduct market research and assessment, with up-to-date competitor analysis ensure a best-in-class market offer.
- Localize the "go to market" strategy (including pricing and promotion).
- Define solution roadmap with supporting investment business cases.
- Assist Sales and Account Managers in the preparation of Deal Review Board investment cases for new solutions and new sales with client onboardings.
- Assurance of platforms compliance with regulatory, payment schemes and other applicable Fiserv’s Standards and Policies
- Provide oversight and prioritization for internal and external development and implementation demand
