Drive cultural change by building partnerships with Business Unit leaders to equip & enable customer centric, process focused, data driven decisions into the way we lead and work by utilizing industry best practice methodologies to improve quality and client satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Proactively drive a culture of performance quality by acting as a change agent, promoting awareness, and championing the utilization of process improvement tools throughout the organization.
- Employ a systematic approach to lead comprehensive assessments and identify untapped productivity and operations improvement opportunities within divisions, resulting in tangible outcomes and enhanced efficiencies.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process development lifecycle, from early definition to seamless implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate creativity and ingenuity by innovating, designing, and developing robust processes, procedures, and automation in collaboration with suppliers, effectively addressing challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
- Exercise strong leadership skills by facilitating regular reviews of quality and process improvement metrics at sites, effectively driving projects and initiatives to enhance these metrics and achieve targeted objectives.
- Successfully implement process solutions by seamlessly integrating them into the business, taking into account cultural dynamics, necessary organizational shifts, and other critical factors pivotal for successful execution and sustainable results.
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years’ experience in process improvement, quality and equivalent functions.
- 2+ years experience with facilitation and presentation.
- 1+ years of project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, computer science or business.
- Experience in Print/Direct Mail/Secure-Card industry
- Process Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Working knowledge of process improvement principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S’s, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma
- Proficiency in Minitab/statistical analysis tools
- Simulation software experience (Arena)
