Services PLM – Maintenance & Support Services
Juniper’s service portfolio management team is seeking a Services Product Line Manager (Services PLM) who will be an exceptional addition to our team. In this position, you will work with a team that defines the maintenance & support services strategy and offerings for Juniper industry-leading products. The Services PLM is an integral member of the team that drives the end-to-end offering development from service market requirements, definition, and pricing to GTM strategy. The right person for this job is someone passionate about technology and interested in a long-term services career.
About the position:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive projects with market analysis and service product definition utilizing product management skill sets and methodologies
- Work with product PLM to develop support offerings and pricing for New Product Introduction (NPI) releases
- Work with service pricing managers to develop pricing strategies and models
- Present to leadership and other members of the organization
- Identify process gaps and develop business requirements to enable services delivery and implementation
- Develops GTM plans by leveraging market research, competitive analysis and customer engagement
- Drive external positioning of the technical support services offerings, educate sales and customers
- Identify customer requirements for new capabilities and new offerings
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams through all stages of offering enablement and delivery
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in Engineering or Finance, MBA preferred
- Relevant and previous product management experience
- Services offering development or portfolio management experience in the hi-tech industry
- Knowledgeable of Technical Support Services preferably in Networking
- Experience with maintenance & support operational process
- Technical knowledge of networking products and services
- Excel wizard
- An ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expert collaboration and leadership skills.
- Expert presentation skills.
- Strong industry business acumen expertise.

Minimum Salary: $159,200.00
Maximum Salary:$228,850.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
