General Position Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Ermi, you will ensure our customers receive top-notch support and timely product fulfillment. You will manage daily operations within your area, focusing on customer support, time management, and meeting performance goals. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of enhancing patients' quality of life. This remote position requires 5 business hours daily, Monday through Friday, totaling 25 hours per week. You will report to the Scheduling and Training Manager in Atlanta, GA.
What You Will Do:
- Managed work order processes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and product recovery.
- Provide excellent customer support through follow-up calls and texts to patients.
- Communicate schedules effectively with Sales Teams, Warehouse, and other support groups.
- Collaborate proactively with support groups to identify and resolve obstacles, enhancing departmental practices.
- Monitor reports to help meet and exceed operational goals.
- Adhere to all federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Scheduling.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and multiple demands.
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to idea generation.
