Multi-INT Operations Monitor, Mid
Key Role:
Serve as a 24/7 system monitor and system operations performance analyst. Maintain awareness of system performance and immediately report significant deviations. Conduct system and strategy performance analysis, as needed and on demand. Connect system, mission, and strategy performance with world events to provide a comprehensive situational awareness picture of national security threats. Respond to all communications and inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately. Brief critical data to high-level leadership regularly and be comfortable with public speaking. Follow detailed checklists and system tactics, techniques, and procedures with ease. Build relationships and professionally communicate with customers and staff. Respond to all questions and inquiries from government personnel in an accurate and timely manner. Enable requirements generation and task development, capitalizing on personal education and experience.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the intelligence community
Knowledge of the capabilities and operational employment of intelligence disciplines, including all-source, HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or GEOINT
Knowledge of intelligence systems and tools, including SENTIENT, GIMS, THRESHER, SAVANT, JEMA, FADE and MIST, or MIEP
Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Combatant Command operations, including analysis, collection management, ISR capabilities, and force disposition
Ability to interact with all levels of client and mission partners
Ability to be self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing situations
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
