Job Description

We are looking for a strong Senior Strategic Financial Analyst who will be a key strategic business partner to our Marketing Solutions product and corporate teams. You will be responsible for all aspects related to revenue (long range planning, forecasting/planning, managing KPI dashboards, initiative-sizing, performance management, and influencing product strategy). You will be directly involved in the coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and weekly/monthly outlooks). Strict attention to detail, and ability to set and meet tight deadlines, a curious mindset, and a proactive go-getter attitude are important for your success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive complex financial modeling development, enhancement, and maintenance
- Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
- Monitor and analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), relating to demand and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide ad hoc business-related analysis
- Ideation, development and implementation of tools, systems and processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience
- 1+ years of experience with using SQL, data visualization tools, and presenting to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical background working directly in an FP&A, investment banking, or consulting environment; experience with modeling bookings, revenue, costs, and expenses
- Experience working with online advertising business models
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); expert Excel modeling skills strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvement
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute projects independently, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and perform within tight deadlines

The pay range for this role is $86,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
