THE WORKAs an Early Career Production Repair Buyer within the Rotary & Mission Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting our production team as a repair buyer. You will interface with suppliers and collaborate with the internal sustainment team, ensuring we meet our production and repair needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include placing spare and repair orders with suppliers, working closely with the internal team to understand priorities, and expediting urgent requirements to keep our projects on track.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline and/or combined education in subcontract management or supply chain
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience within a team environment
Desired Skills:- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and via email
- Self starter with willingness to learn
- Knowledge of buying and/or working with suppliers/vendors
- Work experience in a time sensitive, fast-paced, high volume environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
