Description:What You Will Be DoingAs a Project Manager on the F-35 Depot Repair Capability Establishment Team, you will lead the execution of contracts focused on establishing repair capabilities for F-35 components across a System Depot Activation Team. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, including Lockheed Martin subcontractors, personnel from Military Service Depots, and representatives from the F-35 Joint Program Office.
Your responsibilities will encompass project management tasks such as schedule management, supplier oversight of repair capability development, technical data development, test equipment site acceptance testing and technician training and demonstration. Success in this role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and cohesion among team members.

Global DEI.Basic Qualifications:• Experience leading people and/or teams.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance and sustainment as it relates to repair processes, technical data, support equipment and/or facility requirements.
• Experience managing complex tasks and situations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project) is essential.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences.
• Experience in supply chain management, maintenance management, operations, forecasting, facilities planning, and scheduling.
• Past work experiences in a commercial or U.S. Government organic depot repair facility.
• Knowledge and experience with F-35 Sustainment processes and supporting organizations.
• F-35 maintenance planning experience.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and garner consensus on solutions to complex problems and drive them to closure.
• Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System.
• Familiarity with the integrated product support elements.
• Ability to work independently.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
