Who You AreSupply Chain - Global Logistics Traffic Administrator
What You Will Be DoingBecome part of our team with an agile role to cover the Global Supply Chain activities required to execute an efficient closed loop supply chain. This position will have variable responsibilities that will be supported with a Supply Chain background including understanding and executing with our Global Supply Chain and Transportation Management System (TMS). It is expected you will be able to address and resolve transportation issues with suppliers, buyers, and carriers and act as a representative between Traffic, project management and integration to support SCM Procurement, Production, Transportation Management and Global Sustainment and supplier processes. In addition, you should be able to compile and assess project management, working across functional teams to develop requirements, assess priorities, and oversee implementation strategies and communicate progress up to management. A familiar background in transportation and supply chain will help you develop solutions for complex problems to meet customer needs and requirements.
The role may consist of the integration across multiple resources and interface with buyers and suppliers to assist in the compliance to adhere to the use of our supply chain systems and tools.

AeroSCM
Basic Qualifications:
8 plus years of supply chain management experience or experience in a related field
Oracle OTM (TMS) logic and test environments
SAP experience
Problem resolution, with root cause analysis experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to present to senior leadership levels
Experience with (1) of the following:
Planning, Inventory Management, Purchasing Procurement, Material Management, Logistics, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management Warehouse Management OR
Transportation Management related to Subcontract Administration or Government Procurements
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience working cross functionally, and across multiple organizations to shape and influence opinions
Experience with SAP
Communication Skills
Effective relationship building
Customer Service Oriented

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
