Description:This position will support LM Aeronautics Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) programs such as C-130J, LM-100J, C5 Galaxy and P-3 Orion, to include Engineering development, Fabrication / Production of aircraft and retrofit kitting Sustainment and Fleet Modification operations.
Candidate for this position will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new proposals and existing development programs as well as Program Summary Master Schedules and associated reports and metrics. Requires experience in facilitating schedule and program support for various tasks from the initial phase to completion. A proven ability to be a major contributor in developing and authoring a plan that describes the project is required. The position also requires appropriate responsiveness to program challenges or changes in scope or tasks and modifying the contract Master Schedule accordingly. Requires experience in identifying the need for program recovery plans and coordinating and preparing recovery and risk mitigation plans. Experience in following-up with issues not immediately resolved in a timely manner, ensuring stakeholders are aware of revised direction. The position requires a sense of urgency, getting results in a fast-paced environment. Possess the ability to effectively prioritize work to address competing or changing demands/resources.
The successful candidate will resolve schedule conflicts while ensuring adherence to established processes, and serve as a planning and scheduling trusted advisor for program managers and leadership. The selected candidate must have solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and purposes. They must be able to proactively keep stakeholders well informed, listen carefully and incorporate feedback as appropriate as well as clearly express ideas and concepts. This position will interface with various organizational levels inside and outside of the AMMM Program and requires the ability and willingness to provide efficient, quality products and services to a broad mix of internal and external customers.
Experience in implementing efficiency improvements in processes/procedures is highly desirable. Prefer individual with demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining the critical path and/or driving paths of a program in a networked schedule (IMS).

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
