In this role, you will:
- Monitor complex accounts to ensure they are properly coded, documented, and in compliance with guidelines
- Identify opportunities to streamline procedural processes
- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional and operational tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession
- Receive guidance from Lead or Management and escalate issues
- Interact with immediate team, mid-level management, attorneys, debtors and court personnel
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bankruptcy knowledge and experience
- Preferred eCAR, FDR and Shaw systems experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Credit card, retail, PL, EFS business line experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Expectations:
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST Hybrid schedule. Five days in the office, Five days at home remote.
