Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, New York, Omaha, or Detroit.

Do you want to build and deliver compelling data-driven stories?
As an Insights Analyst, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world to discover insights that help our field sales team serve our largest clients within Talent Solutions.
You’ll work closely with our sales team to deliver data-driven stories to drive customer value. This role requires the ability to make the complex simple by confidently articulating insights to non-technical audiences. You will be a strong partner, building trust through effective identification and communication of priorities and proactively seeking out and integrating feedback. You will provide consultative advice to LinkedIn's sales reps, identify solutions that improve efficiency and drive change management to expand the value we deliver to our customers (internally and externally).You will become an expert at using SQL to extract data from LinkedIn’s massive data warehouse and turning that data into compelling stories that help our clients become more successful.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage LinkedIn’s unique data to create actionable insights that ultimately drive our customers' business outcomes.
- Write SQL/Python queries to extract necessary data and utilize Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint to analyze the results and create data driven narratives
- Present the relevant business insights to partners and clients, communicating in a way that is the best fit for the audience
- Approach work in an organized and systematic manner to effectively manage the delivery of assignments from partners and Insights Leaderships based on the potential impact
- Develop deep knowledge and understanding of the industry talent trends and objectives of our customers. Use that knowledge to formulate effective insights
- Maintain a growth mindset as we develop and grow as a team
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in any of the follow: a role requiring data analysis, customer success, sales or consulting
- 2+ years of experience writing and querying SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Git, Tableau/Power BI and Python
- Master in managing time and prioritizing tasks independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams
- Experience with storytelling using data and project management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $132,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
