Description:This position will serve as the Lead Data Administrator for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and OASAS, and any other software solutions employed in support of CPS Logistics and Sustainment Operations.
CPS Maintenance programs include: Army field and depot operations and Navy scheduled and unscheduled field maintenance and depot operations.
The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with all elements and program areas to ensure data integrity across all systems utilized for CPS maintenance related activities. This position will develop close working relationships with functional leadership, Courtland Production Operations and other supporting site functions, Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and supplier representatives
• Work closely with CPS IPT Leads to ensure execution of contractual requirements; on schedule and within cost targets
• Management and oversight of all data integrity throughout MRO and OASAS. This includes data inputs from fielded units, customer input, supplier input, and depot input.
• Drive process improvement that ensures efficiency and data integrity across CPS program areas.
• Participate in SAP/MRO/OASAS change boards as necessary.
• Maintain an awareness of all open issues and delivery constraints.
Basic Qualifications:• Proven experience with data and business processes related to Operations, Program support, and Manufacturing. Logistics or Manufacturing background
• Must have an active Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with senior level leaders and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, TEAMs, PowerPoint)
• SAP experience
• Ability to make quick decisions and provide a strategic vision to execute to program goals
Desired Skills:• Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
