The Services Sales Consultant is responsible for the development, implementation, delivery of sales execution programs for the in-home selling training of Project Specialist Exteriors (PSE) and District Service and Sales Managers (DSSM). This includes responsibility for executing learning programs on time and within budget in partnership with business needs. This role is also responsible for identifying gaps in current performance and implementing improvements needed. This role is critical to Lowe's as it enables the successful upskilling of In Home Sales Reps (PSEs) and Field Leadership Teams (DSSMs) to drive improved sales performance, profitability and customer experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Uses data to identify performance gaps to prioritize learning programs development
- Builds training content for use in the field to include onboarding, product knowledge, monthly sales meetings, new programs and continuing education
- Collaborates cross functionally to understand the needs of the business to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives
- Develops and executes comprehensive sales execution and training strategies
- Serves as the Facilitator both at the Store Support Center and in the field
- Coordinates and directs multiple concurrent projects or programs, identifying interdependencies
- Designs, develop and implements blended solutions that address root cause issues to drive business performance
- Advances field training that is targeted and can be implemented quickly to improve business results
- Meetings – Organize, coordinate, and facilitate as required with appropriate field and SSC teams
- Communicate program expectations, current/updated process to be executed, using most effective communication vehicle
- In-home selling model awareness – Develop programs and processes to engage cross departmental store employees in supporting project/in-home sales through lead generation proposals and follow up
- Communication – Develop communication processes and procedures that ensure compliance with all company policies
- Consistent execution of process – Develop and execution of the in-home selling models through defined processes and action steps to complete project sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develops feedback loops to collect customer facing role feedback to close customer experience gaps through improved processes
- Develops category specific meetings that are geographically relevant and localized to drive sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years 3 Years Operations Management, Merchandising. Multi-store/department experience, organizational effectiveness role
- 3-5 Years 5 Years of Supervisory experience
