The WorkAs a Construction Engineer, you will:
Oversee subcontracts to ensure quality of performance and adherence to the scope of contract.
Manage incoming contractor personnel through the Lockheed Martin badging process to expedite visit approvals while ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Coordinate with physical security to assist employees with room access needs.
Utilize the Integrated Work Management Solution (IWMS) system to support the facilities team in preventive maintenance scheduling, work order processing, project management documentation and tracking, space/moves management, and facilities condition assessment oversight.
Provide sitewide customer support for work order ticket submission, event planning, office hoteling requirements, and temporary parking assignments.
Directly coordinate with programs to minimize the impact of construction and maintenance activities in closed areas and provide specific support to critical program needs.
Serve as the primary facilities point of contact for the site executive leadership team in support of all senior leader and VIP events.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level.

related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience,
with 2 years of professional experience; or no
experience required with a related Master’s degree.
- Previous experience with Computerized Maintenance
Management Systems.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and
maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret
level.
Desired Skills:- Previous experience with Computerized Maintenance
Management Systems or Lockheed Martin LM Buildings.
- Experience reviewing subcontractor work performance.
- Previous experience managing small projects.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
