Position Overview
As a member of the Exhibit Operations Teams, the Operations Coordinator, Exhibits will work collaboratively to process work orders related to out bounding and inbounding of exhibit properties, process service requests from other departments, and assist in the install and dismantle of exhibits when needed. This position reports to the Operations Manager, Inhouse Exhibits.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Process and implement work orders for exhibits operations, respond to inquiries on exhibits assets, and assist in warehouse exhibit inventory and loading/unloading operations.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to administer any last-minute revisions and change orders on scope of work.
• Process and effectively manage inbounded exhibits assets.
• Responsible for thoroughly inspecting assets for any damages and functional operability of elements.
• Documents and reports any damages on elements while seeing through the successful completion of the refurb process.
• Documents, communicates, and ensures on-site teams are aware of any last-minute changes to plans and reports any scope of work changes to direct supervisor.
• Supports the maintenance of Exhibits assets and assists in updating the exhibits assets inventory database.
• Assists in the install and dismantle of exhibit elements and, if necessary, supports the onsite teams.
• Adheres to all Quality Control procedures and abides by company, state, and federal safety guidelines.
• Adheres to company’s mission, core values, and abides to Standard Operating Procedures.
• With advanced communication and interpersonal skills, practices and maintains Hargrove’s high customer service methods and focus on quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned related to Exhibit Operations.
• Maintains a safe working environment by maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Job Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience
• Beginners’ knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Preferred experience in an ERM environment and workorder program
• Preferred experience from the ready-to-assemble sector or kitchen cabinetry production process or housing market renovations
• Preferred hands-on experience in exhibition systems
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, CAD detailed drawings, and design renderings
• Communicate clearly both verbally and through computers, apps, and relevant software
• Experience at working in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Work Environment.
Warehouse
Work is performed at event venues as well as in a warehouse environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Hargrove based in a warehouse environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area. When in the Warehouse, work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
