As an Affiliates Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in critical conversations with key stakeholders, organizing business units to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and managing various ITA and Affiliates projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, contracting efforts, organization-wide OFAC screenings, LRCC/HR/HR Legal work streams, and more.
We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of ITA and Affiliates travel booking processes, budget management experience, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily management of affiliate agreements at various stages of negotiation
- Primary point of contact for affiliate questions
- Facilitating affiliate discussions and problem-solving
- Managing the Affiliates Database
- Handling OFAC screenings, NDAs, agreements, and tracking through onboarding, etc.
- Participating in prospective affiliate presentations
- Managing DocuSign processes
- Preparing monthly reports: Deal Awareness meetings, Pipeline reporting meetings, etc.
- Coordinating quarterly affiliate calls
- Ongoing management of the Affiliates Advisory Council
- Managing and distributing the monthly affiliate e-newsletter
- Overseeing repapering initiatives
- Stakeholder coverage
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 2 years in the travel industry with project management experience
- Experience coordinating intern and external corporate communications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior, extensive experience in positions that incorporate customer service, sales, and strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and exceed client expectations with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work cohesively with a team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients by meeting customer needs on a global scale
- Ability work well under pressure and meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency as well as ability to adapt to change as needed
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and display proactive problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word and Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in contracting review and database management
- Experience in gathering news information and organizing communication pieces
- Managing projects at various stages and keep them on track
- Tracking sales and accounting management deliverables
- Expertise in sales, customer service, multi-tasking, and advanced recordkeeping and mathematical skills
- Advanced ability utilizing modern telephones and telephone functions, specifically voice over IP telephones
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system. Novice proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
