Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
As the Site Supervisor, you will be stationed at the project site and assume responsibility for overseeing all activities related to an industrial maintenance project. This project typically involves managing a workforce ranging from 25 to 350 individuals, comprising both direct hires and subcontracted workers. Your role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, systems, and industry requirements. A working knowledge of the respective industry and prior supervisory experience is essential, and you will supervise employees with experience in industrial maintenance, construction trades, or other services. Efficient liaison, coordination, and communication with representatives of the USG and Team LOGCAP is crucial for successful project execution. This position requires 3-5 years of related experience and fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and industry requirements.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with Team LOGCAP representatives. This role involves not only the technical aspects of site supervision but also requires effective collaboration, communication, and adherence to safety and company philosophies. Perform other duties as assigned.
