Mechanical Engineer

We have several opportunities for Mechanical Engineers to support a large infrastructure programme based in the West of Scotland.
This is a key role working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting nuclear facilities and the delivery of services across Client sites.
What We Need
Broad experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience of some of the following Mechanical systems; Pump systems, cranes, heating ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC), pressure systems and Diesel Generators.
Experience of working within the nuclear industry or any other high hazard industry, although this is not considered essential.
Ability to provide practical, creative and cost-effective solutions for design changes / modifications of plant and supporting Infrastructure.
A good understanding of British and international design standards.
A track record of making intelligent evidence based decisions using various sources of data.
Security Requirements
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
Location
This position is hybrid with the opportunity to be onsite (Helensburgh), at the office in Glasgow City Centre or at home.
