Your Impact
The primary purpose of the Partnerships Sr. Specialist is to support the Manager of Hospitality and Activation by assisting with the planning, coordination, execution and tracking of Lowe's hospitality events and activations. This includes operating as the primary point-of-contact for two major initiatives: 1) community projects developed in coordination with Lowe's partners and 2) vendor events hosted at partner venues. Both initiatives include production of video, photography, and audio content to be used on owned channels, partner channels and with earned media. Additionally, the Partnerships Sr. Specialist will assist with the planning and execution of major tentpole events that may include hosting members of the Lowe's Executive Leadership Team, Lowe's associates, Lowe's customers, and members of the community. This role will work closely with the Manager of Partnerships to ensure that partnership assets are fully utilized and outcomes from hospitality events and activations are actively tracked and documented.
What you will do
- Schedule and host recurring planning meetings to ensure active cross-functional collaboration
- Management of budget lines related to community projects and vendor events
- Work cross-functionally with marketing partners to identify products needed for various productions and activations
- Collaborate with Lowe’s vendors for shipment of product samples as needed
- Identify and escalate issues with procured products, and work with brand marketing teams to obtain suitable replacements
- Track product logistics from point of purchase to delivery at shoot/activation location
- Manage production deliverables to ensure all required content is captured
- Operate as on-site primary contact for all executional elements related to community projects and vendor events
- Direct agency resources in completion of project work, as required
- Track event performance (attendance, sales, loyalty enrollments, etc.) and collaborate with Manager of Partnerships to ensure data is recorded

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Sports Marketing, Business, Marketing or related field and 1-2 Years 2 Years Experience in product sourcing, administrative support or working with support data
- 1-2 Years 2 Years Experience working with data bases, data collection, and report generation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years 2 Years Event activation – planning and execution
