Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Manufacturing Support Team Member. In this role, you will support the F-35 Delivery Operations Maintenance Management System (DOMMS) and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) related tasks throughout Delivery Operations in a flightline environment. You perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The successful candidate will have some technical and/or manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology (or related degree), Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or other related STEM field from an accredited college.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:• Experience working in a fast-paced production floor environment
• Knowledge of formal problem-solving methodologies; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work autonomously once provided general instruction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
