Supply Chain - Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Staff
What You Will Be Doing
Supply Chain Management Compliance is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst Staff to join our team. As a Compliance Analyst Staff, you will serve as a subject-matter-expert on various aspects of the purchasing system. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Performs pre-award compliance reviews on purchase orders equal to or greater than $500,000 and provides real time feedback to affected procurement personnel.
• Conducts periodic post-award reviews on purchase orders below $500,000.
• Provides up-front support to procurement personnel in translating regulatory and contractual requirements into acquisition strategies that maintain the integrity of the purchasing system and support quicker downstream turns of compliance reviews.
• Leads/supports audits performed by various agencies. Audit support responsibilities include coordinating and communicating audit requirements with SCM leadership and affected personnel, as well as communicating audit status. The position will interact with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), LM Corporate Internal Audit, and LM Aero Internal Controls & Audit. Audits include Contractor Purchasing System Reviews, AS9100 Certifications, Subcontractor Billing Systems, Subcontractor Property Control Systems, and many others.
• Develops and presents training material for buyers and procurement leadership of various aspects of the purchasing system. Engages with procurement teams to drive improvements to compliance performance.
• Performs special assignments covering a variety of topics as requested by leadership.
• The position requires a self-starter with the ability to work effectively under deadlines and pressure.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Supply Chain or similar experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/Defense (DFARS)
• Supply Chain Management experience
• Estimation experience
• Building relationships with peers and other subject matter experts throughout the company
• Experience in supporting audits performed by various audit agencies (DCAA, DCMA, National Quality Assurance, FAA) and internal audit functions
• Experience in training SCM professionals with varying levels of knowledge and skills.
• Experience in SAP

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
