Description
The Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology Solutions (AEGIS) program has an opening for the Enterprise Systems and Support Lead supporting the NASA’s Network and Telecommunication Services (NaTS) Service Line. NaTS supports NASA customers agency wide, flight projects and programs, as well as national and international partners. This position provides direct support for all System tools utilized by NASA and it’s supporting agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for centralized, proactive, and strategic management of AEGIS daily services and processes supporting NASA Enterprise and Center tools and services.
Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Oversee the design and maintenance of security requirements for supported services
Encourage team members to meet or exceed all Enterprise and Center services performance metrics
Utilizes incident, problem, and knowledge management to provide oversight to the AEGIS Enterprise Services Service Line NASA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), , and Associated Facility Services.
Support program improvements and strategic adjacencies that support profitable growth and recognize efficiencies. Perform analysis of procedures, cost control reports, and work measurements to provide management continuous improvement opportunities, and effective control of planning and cost factors.
Requires frequent contact with equivalent level managers, industry peers, and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, technical activities, schedules, contractual issues, and general overall performance of organization
Communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel; and prepare and present briefings to senior management officials on complex/controversial issues.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
