General Summary
Performs manual and clerical shipping including order fulfill; and receiving and inventory duties to handle all inbound and outbound packages/materials with supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs manual and clerical shipping including order fulfill; and receiving and inventory duties to handle all inbound and outbound packages/materials with supervision.
- Verifies products against purchase orders, packing slips, outbound orders, inventory records and shipping documents.
- Reviews for accuracy and routes to appropriate destination which includes repair floor; inventory storage location; outside vendors; pick; pack and shipping.
- Logs and tracks shipments using computer tracking system and various Microsoft databases.
- Utilizes knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures and record keeping requirements maintains quality systems compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of warehouse experience.

- Ability to complete all basic and re-currency regulatory training as required.
- Ability to perform the spill clean-up function as required.
- Ability to read and understand current regulatory manuals and current regulations and prepare shipments per regulatory requirements in a timely manner.
- May require the ability to use PC and/or RF-based computer systems to perform tasks.
- May require the loading/unloading trailers.
- May require the operation of banding, wrapping, packaging, or cleaning equipment.

- Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds.
